Tom Grund
Tom has been a resident of Palmyra Township for 5 years. Previous to becoming a resident of the township he volunteered as a Firefighter/EMT for Palmyra. He graduated from Southeast High School in 2004. Tom has a wife (Michelle) and daughter (Mackenzie).

Megan Coss
Megan Ann Coss was born and raised in Palmyra Township and is a proud third generation Palmyra resident.
Megan has been married for 24 years to Steve Coss and a mother of 3 children. Megan was elected trustee in 2021 and previously held a position on the Zoning Board of Commission.

Robin Tittel
Robin was born and raised in Palmyra Township since 1979 and built a home on her family’s farm in 2013. She is a 1997 graduate of Southeast Local Schools. She’s been married for 17 years to Rob and they have 2 daughters, Layna and Ivy who attend Southeast Schools. Robin has worked over 20 years in the arts and crafts industry and is currently in a business development role with IndiMade Brands out of Independence, Ohio. Robin is currently Director of Pioneer Girlz, Inc. which is a nonprofit organization that runs a garden offering produce for the community on a donation basis. She works with Halliday’s Winery in a consultant role, assisting with their General Store to help feature local makers and also helping to organize maker events throughout the year. She is also actively involved in various organizations and fundraisers to benefit the school and serves as Vice President of the Academic Boosters for Southeast High School.

Fiscal Officer
Kelly Harvey RES, AAS
My family has been a member of the Palmyra Township community since 2011.
My husband’s name is Joe, and we have three beautiful daughters: Kirsten, Ashley & Julia. I serve as President of the Palmyra Girls Softball League and enjoy coaching the girls’ softball teams, getting to spend time with the softball
families and love to win championships! I also enjoy traveling and spending time with my family and friends. I am a graduate of Lake High School and the University of Akron. I have worked for the Summit County Fiscal Office for 16 years and currently hold the position of Deputy Fiscal Officer of the Real Estate &
Appraisal Department. I hold two professional designations: RES, residential evaluation specialist and an AAS, assessment administration specialist. I was appointed to the Palmyra Township Fiscal Officer position in April 2022 and have enjoyed getting
to work with the trustees, road crew and fire department staff. I am honored to serve the Palmyra Township community and will work hard to make sure the township remains financially responsible while providing the best services within our budget.
